Why does my Password/PIN need to be secure?

You Password/PIN should be secured to protect your account from unauthorized access. To protect your account, we encourage you to change your initial password to a secret code (that is easy for you to remember).

For security purposes, the system will automatically lock your account if someone does attempt to login to your account too many times with an incorrect password. This helps to prevent unauthorized access to the account by someone trying many combinations of passwords.

What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Ceridian’s goal is for you to be able to login to all of your online benefits services using a Single Sign-On (SSO). SSO allows you to access all of your benefits services with one login ID. After you login, you are able to navigate to any of the benefit services to which you or your employer subscribes.

If you subscribe to multiple benefit services, after a successful login, you will be provided a drop down list including all of your benefit services. You simply choose which benefit service you wish to access. If you subscribe to a single benefit service, after a successful login, the welcome page service will appear without any dropdown list.
